Why practice yoga?
Yoga is a great way to get in shape, increase energy and vitality, and make you feel younger both mentally and physically. It helps increase concentration, and quietens the mind so that you can go through life with less stress. On a more spiritual level it helps you connect with your inner self, the true you, so that you feel more confident, self-aware and at one.
